Aeris is designed as an always-on device. With typical home usage, the device operates for several months on standard AAA batteries. No daily charging, no cables, and no need to interact with it regularly — you simply place it in a room and it continuously monitors the air.
I’m Mohamed, an embedded systems engineer.
I built Aeris after discovering the CO₂ level in my own bedroom exceeded 2000 ppm while sleeping.
I first tried some existing air-quality monitors, but most needed to stay plugged in, required charging every few days, or quickly became unusable as portable devices. I wanted something I could place in a bedroom, a living room, or even a car and simply trust it to keep running.
So I engineered Aeris myself — focusing on two things: a true CO₂ measurement you can rely on, and ultra-low power operation so the device can run for months without daily charging or cables.
We measure CO₂ levels inside bedrooms, cars, offices and restaurants to reveal invisible air problems you normally never notice.
